Subject: Family quilt

Dear family , I am a month behind, but we can still get the family quilt
done, I just need the count from your family representative by the end of
this week Friday the 5th. Deadline for completed squares is change to
30April2010. Below is item number 12 from our last minuets:

1. Angela mention she spoke to Vicky Sierra about possibly doing a
family quilt to commemorate the 40th anniversary. This quilt will be for a
special raffle. Vicky is willing to put a quilt together for us. Approved by
all to have the quilt done. Each head of family will need to give me, Angela
Molina, a count of how many squares they will need. Once Vicky has the total
count she will be able to figure the size the squares will be. All the
squares will be white; Vicky will then use red and green for trim. We will
be furnishing the squares. Sample: (a)Miguela-1 sq in this sq she will have
Greg and Angela (b) Greg-1 sq with his children listed (c) Angela-1 sq with
her children listed (d) Kim-1 sq (e) Randy-1 sq listing his wife and
children (f) Sara-1 sq (g) Tasia-1 sq listing husband and children
(h)Mikki-1 sq listing her partner and children. So Miguela Molina will need
a total of eight squares. Start thinking about your design you can use
photos, fabric paint, etc. If any question contact your head of family or
Angela Molina. Deadline for the count will be 01February2010. The sooner we
get the count the sooner we can get the squares to the heads of family,
otherwise deadline is March 01, 2010 we will give the heads of family the
square to pass out. Completed squares will need to be returned by
05April2010 to the head of your family.
