Subject: Mike address to hospital

Dear Joe, we are fine but Mike is ill.  We are on our third episode with the initial surgery of 6/26.  Mike is at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, 530 NE Glen Oak, Peoria, IL, 61603, in room 4367.  They will find him as he has been moved once already during his stay which began on August 7th.    Love to you and yours.  Mary Kathleen Sierra
